Summary: ExamPilot AI collects account and app activity data to provide quizzes, sync progress, show ads (free users), and process subscriptions. Data is encrypted in transit. Users can request deletion of their account data.

4. Security practices

  • Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS / TLS).
  • Account access is protected by Firebase Authentication (email/password or Google).
  • We do not sell personal information.
  • Users can request account/data deletion from the App (Delete Account) or by emailing support.

5. Data deletion

Users may delete their account from the App where the Delete Account option is available. After deletion, associated account data stored by ExamPilot AI is removed or anonymized from our primary systems, subject to legal retention needs and third-party processing timelines.
