Terms of Service
Welcome to ExamPilot AI (“App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. About the App
ExamPilot AI is an exam preparation companion that provides quizzes, practice content, progress tracking, AI-assisted hints/analysis, optional advertisements, and optional paid subscriptions (such as “No Ads” / premium plans).
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding agreement under applicable law to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your region, you may use the App only with parent or guardian consent where required.
3. Accounts
- You may need an account (email/password or Google Sign-In) for certain features.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- Provide accurate information and update it when it changes.
- You may delete your account from the App where that option is available.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the App or its servers
- Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute App content without permission
- Cheat, manipulate rankings, or misuse AI features in ways that harm other users
- Upload or transmit malware, spam, or unauthorized advertising
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
5. Educational Content & AI Features
- Quiz content and explanations are provided for learning and practice purposes.
- AI hints and analysis are generated automatically and may be incomplete or incorrect.
- The App does not guarantee exam success, scores, admissions, or job outcomes.
- Always verify important information with official exam authorities and study materials.
6. Subscriptions, Purchases & Ads
- Some features may be free and supported by ads (for example via Google AdMob).
- Paid plans (such as No Ads / premium) are processed through Google Play Billing.
- Prices, billing periods, and offers are shown in the App / Play Store at purchase time.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled according to Google Play’s rules.
- Refunds are handled under Google Play’s refund policy, unless required otherwise by law.
- We do not store your full payment card details.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, branding, design, software, and original content are owned by ExamPilot AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your own exam preparation. You do not receive ownership of the App or its content.
8. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services such as Firebase, Google Sign-In, Google AdMob, Google Play Billing, and Google Gemini. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
9. Privacy
How we collect and use information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you also acknowledge that policy.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExamPilot AI and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim (or zero if you only used free features).
12. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time and may delete your account where available. We may suspend or end access to the App (in whole or part) if required for maintenance, legal compliance, security, or Terms violations.
13. Changes to the App or Terms
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when Terms are revised. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your developer’s primary place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer laws in your country provide otherwise.
